Picture locations sit apart from basecamp, holding, office, wardrobe, and catering — room to work without it landing in frame.
Cast and crew can stay on the estate for the run, across three residences. People wake up where they shoot.
Single-owner access — you have exclusive use of the areas your production needs, for the dates you need them.
Work directly with one estate contact from first scout through wrap. Quick answers, no committee.
Public scout materials are ready now; detailed references and floor plans come to you by email.
Roughly 580 private acres of woodland and trail climb toward the top of Lyon Mountain. A few woodland sites, plus a clearing of about six acres near the summit, suit a purpose-built set or a remote practical world that can stand through prep, shoot, and weather holds. They're off-grid, so power and water come in with the production — and we'll help you plan it.
Ashridge is now accepting professional production inquiries and scout visits. Review the public scout materials right away, ask us for detailed references and floor plans by email, and work directly with one estate contact from first inquiry through wrap.
Limited-access editorial and still-photography bookings begin at $7,500 for a 10-hour day. Commercial motion, film and television, full-estate, multi-day, custom-build, agricultural-commission, livestock, and overnight productions are quoted by scope. Prep, strike, lodging, cleaning, utilities, specialist services, and special activities are priced separately.
To get a quote, send your dates, shoot days, prep and strike days, areas you'd like, and crew size — we'll come back with numbers.
