Why a location department can use it

Operationally, not just visually.

Many looks, fewer moves

Multiple eras and environments on one estate mean more of your day stays in one place, with fewer company moves between unrelated locations.

Picture and support separated

Picture locations sit apart from basecamp, holding, office, wardrobe, and catering — room to work without it landing in frame.

On-site housing

Cast and crew can stay on the estate for the run, across three residences. People wake up where they shoot.

One private estate

Single-owner access — you have exclusive use of the areas your production needs, for the dates you need them.

One decision-maker

Work directly with one estate contact from first scout through wrap. Quick answers, no committee.

Forest, Lyon Mountain & Build Sites

580 acres of private forest — with room to build.

Roughly 580 private acres of woodland and trail climb toward the top of Lyon Mountain. A few woodland sites, plus a clearing of about six acres near the summit, suit a purpose-built set or a remote practical world that can stand through prep, shoot, and weather holds. They're off-grid, so power and water come in with the production — and we'll help you plan it.
