Limited-access editorial and still-photography bookings begin at $7,500 for a 10-hour day. Commercial motion, film and television, full-estate, multi-day, custom-build, agricultural-commission, livestock, and overnight productions are quoted by scope. Prep, strike, lodging, cleaning, utilities, specialist services, and special activities are priced separately.
To get a quote, send your dates, shoot days, prep and strike days, areas you'd like, and crew size — we'll come back with numbers.
Every production is different. Here's how we classify what's in your booking:
Included in approved scope — covered once your booking is confirmed and the areas are written into your agreement.
Available by arrangement — kitchens, housing beyond the core booking, support rooms, and similar — we'll sort the details together.
Requires prior written approval — drones, animals, special effects, roof walkway use, night work, and anything that moves art or historic surfaces.
Real terms are handled by attorneys and email — this page is a friendly overview, not a contract.
