About 580 private acres of woodland and trail — with room to build.
Ashridge includes roughly 580 acres of private forest, with trails, remote roads, and woodland climbing toward the top of Lyon Mountain. No public access, no neighbors in the trees — just space. And space to build: a few woodland sites, plus a clearing of about six acres near the summit, suit a purpose-built set or a remote practical world — a cabin, a camp, a homestead — that can stand through prep, shoot, and weather holds.
These are off-grid spots, which is exactly why they look untouched on camera. Power, water, and the rest come in with the production, and we'll help you plan the logistics and the way back out.

Build sites and structures are arranged per project — we'll sort the details, and the restore-it-after, together.
Tell us about the set or the scene — we'll talk through sites, access, and logistics.
