The mansion's lower level includes ten rooms alongside the commercial kitchen, laundry, a staff kitchen, and multiple bathrooms. These may suit production offices, wardrobe, hair and makeup, art department, crew holding, or related support operations — Available by arrangement.
We'll confirm suitability for your use case individually. These rooms are former rehab-center staff accommodation; we don't represent them as guest bedrooms.
For high-draw productions, let's talk through electrical requirements in advance — we'll make a plan together.
Housing is included in whole-estate bookings. For partial-estate bookings, we'll discuss housing scope during the inquiry. The farmhouse is also occasionally available for short-term rental at Blue Violet Farm when not part of an estate booking.
Drones, animals, smoke, open fire, water effects, pyrotechnics, and stunt work are welcome when planned in advance — each requires Requires prior written approval. Tell us early and we'll work through the details together.
