Three residences across 1,118 private acres — a historic 18-bedroom mansion, a 7-bedroom Greek Revival farmhouse, and a 4-bedroom guesthouse. For whole-estate bookings, productions, retreats, and private stays.
The main mansion is an 18-bedroom Georgian and Gilded-Age manor built between 1912 and 1914. All 18 bedrooms are above grade, fully restored, with period detail throughout — original moldings, granite fireplaces, Zuber wallpaper, Hunt Slonem's hand-applied color and chandeliers.
The principal floor rooms — ballroom, drawing room, dining room, library, sitting rooms — make the mansion as capable as a gathering house as it is a sleeping house. Eighteen-foot ceilings in the principal rooms. The mansion connects directly to the gallery hall.

Below the restored principal floors, the mansion's lower level includes ten additional rooms alongside the commercial kitchen, commercial laundry, a staff kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and gallery hall connection. A second staff kitchen serves the third floor.
These rooms may be suitable for staff, crew, offices, wardrobe, or support use, subject to final approvals and use case. They are not marketed as standard guest bedrooms. Their suitability for any particular purpose is confirmed individually with estate management.
A nineteenth-century Greek Revival farmhouse on the farm acreage, private from the main mansion. Original hardwood floors, stained-glass transom windows, and a working stone fireplace give it a period character entirely distinct from the mansion. Seven bedrooms, chef's kitchen with an 8-burner range, and a full professional fit-out.
The farmhouse is occasionally available for short term rental at Blue Violet Farm when not part of a whole-estate booking. It is available to book separately for groups of up to 18, subject to final approvals.

A four-bedroom cottage fully separate from the main mansion and farmhouse, set on its own private portion of the estate. It has a full home kitchen and complete independence from the other two residences. For whole-estate bookings it serves as cast or principal housing, small group accommodation, or a self-contained production unit.
Guesthouse · exterior
For whole-estate bookings — productions, retreats, weddings, and private buyouts — all three residences are available together: 18 bedrooms in the mansion, 7 bedrooms in the farmhouse (sleeps 18, subject to approvals), and 4 bedrooms in the guesthouse. Lower-level rooms in the mansion may be available for staff and crew — with multiple bathrooms and a staff kitchen on the lower level — subject to final approvals and use case.
The maximum overnight capacity, use configuration, and any applicable limits are established in writing as part of the booking process and are subject to zoning, permitting, insurance, and final property approvals.
