3 — Gallery Hall & Conservatory

Gallery Hall & Conservatory

The gallery hall — attached to the mansion, formerly a gymnasium — clear-span, high ceiling, natural light. Adjoining it on the garden terrace, a standalone conservatory: originally a picnic pavilion, later used as a greenhouse. The cleared conservatory reference shows container plantings digitally removed; physical plants remain on site pending move-out. Interior ceiling work is in progress.
